Apart from hardy mountaineers, this sport is now enjoyed by men, women and children of all ages and from all walks of life. With the building of a wall and regardless of their abilities everyone can benefit from the enjoyment fitness and sense of achievement derived from climbing. |

For instance, the Traverse / bouldering wall provides a safe and a challenging environment for learning “how to climb” , it does not take the climber too high above the ground and a safe landing pit will allow the climbers to climb with out any additional safety aids such as ropes / harness etc |
